Dr. Leti Kleyn works as a Digital Research Platform Coordinator at the Future Africa Institute, University of Pretoria, where she actively works to promote Open Science. Her fields of research expertise include research information science, science communication, transdisciplinary research, and intellectual property. She is a research fellow in the faculty of Humanities, University of Pretoria. She obtained a Ph.D. in Publishing Studies from the University of Pretoria (2013), an MA in Creative Writing (2008) from UNISA, and an MPhil in Intellectual Property from the University of Pretoria (2018). She is a published and former NRF-rated researcher, and a research fellow in the Faculty of Humanities.
