Teri Green manages The University of Toledo’s ETD services and operates from the College of Graduate Studies. Teri was hired in 2010 to develop and expand this position based on the development of Ohio University’s ETD services department and the work of Angie McCutcheon. While this position still comprises only a portion of the job, Teri has created or expanded ETD training; templates; electronic forms and workflow; copyright, intellectual property and patent protection, and accessibility resources and trainings; reduced labor time and cost through the development of an efficient ETD workflow; and contributed to the rebuild and subsequent updates of the OhioLINK ETD Center by serving as a user tester.

Teri has presented several times at the national and state levels on topics that include open access state repositories, ETD workflows, and ADA accessibility of ETDs. While becoming increasingly active in organizations and activities that support ETDs and ETD professionals, she also continuously seeks to improve her knowledge of emerging issues, such as copyright and ADA/accessibility compliance, through conferences, webinars, online courses, and MOOCs.
